You do not need to be signed in to submit a deletion request. ShasTech-IT verifies the requester and account authority before deleting or anonymizing data.
What happens next
- Your request is delivered to authorized ShasPOS Pro platform administrators.
- ShasTech-IT may contact you to verify identity and business/account authority.
- Eligible personal/account data is deleted or anonymized after verification.
- Records may be retained where reasonably required for security, fraud prevention, accounting, contractual or legal obligations.
Submitting this form does not instantly erase operational or financial records. This protects business records from unauthorized deletion requests.
